Best Western Plus Bradbury Inn & Suites

This hotel is beautiful and has a unique style. The guest area has stairs and a fireplace area. The guest rooms are huge with a separate sitting area. They have a nice continental breakfast with eggs, waffle maker and also pastries and cereal. It's a beautifully decorated kitchen style room. It's located across from major shopping!

This hotel was fantastic. No complaints! Everything was clean and well maintained. The check in clerk even walked outside to show my husband where we could park since we were towing a car trailer with us. Location felt safe and secure as well. Plenty of towels available. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was also very good. Definitely will stay here again. Well worth it.

PROS: very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Quiet hotel. Clean rooms. Beds comfortable although very high to get into and the soft mattress topper slid on bed, had a divett in the middle, wasn't comfortable. Cleaning staff was amazing - very accommodating to requests. CONS: Upon check-in, was told because had 3 people in my party instead of 2, would be charged an additional $5/night. Even though the reservation was for a 2 queen suite - so 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper. That was very frustrating and have never had to pay extra for one person. Door handle to room is DIFFICULT to get door open - you have to push down, pull up, and sometimes repeat to get it to open. There was ONE TV (usually two in a suite) in the corner of the room by the window and was very difficult to turn it enough that the other bed and especially the couch area could see it well. The TV remote did not work most of the time - had to take the battery cover off and twist the batteries to get it to work but the TV guide button never worked. The TV also had a solid black line down the screen toward the right side. The hotel was non-smoking but second floor reeked of weed.

This hotel was amazing! It was very clean, and I’m not just talking about my room. I literally walked the halls, including the stairs leading to the second floor, and everything was clean and well maintained. Shoutout to the management company. My room was excellent—no issues. This place even has soft toilet seats. Most definitely my go-to spot for me and my company—for now. My job requires me to travel quite frequently, and when I’m in the area, this will be where I stay. I also love the look of the hotel. It’s not too old, but not too modern—it really feels like home when I walk in.

I was a little worried to stay at this hotel because I typically prefer a nice room at a Hyatt. The reviews were a bit mixed, but I decided to take my chance. The gentleman at the front desk is so sweet, kind, and helpful. He even remembered it was my mother’s birthday and came over to her during the second day of our stay and told her happy birthday. We just had a basic double queen room(214), for myself, mother, and 2 kids. I worked in the hotel industry so the first thing I always check are the sheets and beds. Everything in our room was great. Clean sheets, headboards, pillows. I even bring my own cleaning supplies because it makes me feel better knowing it’s clean. And I got little to no dirt and dust. I was very impressed to say the least. I always wear shower shoes- but if I was a person that showered barefoot I would definitely invest in a pair. The shower mat was extremely nasty. They have a really great spread for breakfast considering it’s such a small hotel. Everyone in the family found something to eat both days we were there. They even leave the breakfast area open so if you want a bowl of cereal at 2am you can go grab one :) My kids were super excited to swim, but upon arrival and further investigation we decided the pool was too nasty to get in. The area around it was quite dirty and the pool itself looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. Also my microwave caught on fire while we were here. My mother went to microwave wave a cup of coffee in a regular paper cup. Less than a second after hitting start the microwave started sparking and smoking! Hopefully it was just some idiot that stayed in the room before us putting something in there that didn’t belong. But just in case watch your microwave for a few seconds before walking away. Once again amazing staff especially the young man at the front desk. He is literally there day and night he needs to sleep more!

A good night's sleep and a good breakfast. Clean comfortable room. The desk person helped take out luggage up the stairs even though he wasn't asked. It was appreciated.

Breakfast was good, check in great, beds slept well. The lighting is so dim in the bathroom I could barely see to put my makeup on… tried to go in the hallway, even worse. Our supply in the room was t stocked and we had to go to the front desk twice to get supplies.

Room was clean with comfy beds and nice included continental breakfast. Most impressive was honesty: I left an electronic device plugged in to the room and they found it and shipped it back to me when I called almost a week later!
